Detailed visit and inspection of the property inside and outside THREE TIMES a month, and an additional visit in case of bad weather

Airing the property (approximately 2 hours) and watering flowers and other plants (if necessary)

Collection of mail and invoices and their payment or forwarding to the owner (by agreement)

Checking the correctness of installations and devices (electricity, water, alarms, air conditioning...)

Running water in all faucets and flushing toilets to prevent the formation of scale and unpleasant odors

Detailed check of possible damage inside and outside (damage, appearance of moisture, appearance of parasites...)

Submission of a monthly report on the condition of the property via e-mail or mobile applications (WhatsApp or Viber) with photos attached

Keeping the key to the property in our anti-burglary safe

Garden and yard maintenance (mowing grass, trimming hedges, cleaning leaves and dirt, watering plants...)

Swimming pool maintenance

Complete cleaning of the property immediately before the owners arrival (cleaning of the property inside and outside, changing the bed linen and towels)

Welcome package (hot water in boilers, air temperature regulation in the property, bottle of local wine, mineral water, seasonal fruit)

Grocery shopping and filling the refrigerator with groceries immediately before the owners arrival (groceries are charged separately with the supermarket bill attached)

*the property cleaning service refers to a maximum of three annual cleanings before the arrival of the owner, each additional cleaning is charged according to the agreement
